We accept orders for domain names over the Internet is good faith. We expect customers to give us the opportunity to implement their order. If we are unable to do so for a reason caused by the action of the customer, an administration charge may be due.

Examples of customer actions that would cause an administration charge to be made include, but are not limited to:

• Submitting requests for the same domain name to other companies
• Multiple submission of the same request to us.
• Non-British registered companies applying for ltd.uk and plc.uk domanins.
