Understanding the Terms Used
To the right of the graph is a legend.
All values, except
Never Used,
are the actual size recorded.
The value of
Never Used
is the disk space paid for less the maximum ever used.
The
Minimum Used
and
Maximum Used
values are for the whole period that the pie chart refers to.
The
Current Used
value is the last recorded value and could be several hours or days old.
If any text is suffixed by
OK
or
XS
then you have gone over your quota
at some time during the period displayed.
The pie segments denoted by
OK
are within your quota and the segments denoted by
XS
are the excess over your quota.

- This is the average amount of disk space used during the period specified
- Average+STD
- This is the average amount of disk space used plus the standard
deviation
- Standard Deviation (STD)
- This is a measure of the variance of the disk space used.
A Standard Deviation of zero means that all the values were the same.
As a general rule of thumb, 68.26% of all values are expected in the range AVERAGE ± STD
and 95.46% of values are expected in the range AVERAGE ± 2*SD and 99.73% of values are expected in the range AVERAGE ±3*SD .
In order to minimise the chance that you do not go over quota of your disk space allocation, it is recommended that
you pay for have at least AVERAGE + 3*SD of disk space.
