Updating E-mail PasswordsTo update an e-mail password it is necessary to for the domain. The Postmaster can change any e-mail password.
Client Secure E-mailTo encrypt all data passed between your computer and the e-mail server, use the secure web based e-mail facility (Roundcube). Client IMAP E-mailClients' e-mail accounts can be access as an IMAP mailbox. IMAP is the recommended way to access a mailbox by several devices for the same e-mail account. Using Gmail to access your E-mailClients' e-mail should be set-up as an e-mail account (not an e-mail forward). The e-mail should be retrieved by their Gmail e-mail account by following our simple instructions for adding the e-mail address to Gmail. Please note that you must not forward e-mail to Gmail. Firstly, Gmail could bounce the e-mail which would expose your Gmail e-mail address to the sender. Secondly, Gmail frequently block e-mail forwarders thus stopping your e-mail getting through. Using Outlook.com or Hotmail to access your E-mailClients' e-mail should be set-up as an e-mail account (not an e-mail forward). The e-mail should be retrieved by their Outlook.com or Hotmail e-mail account by following our simple instructions for adding the e-mail address to Outlook.com.
